Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship to all continental United States addresses via USPS / UPS.
  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

    Shipping speed is estimated and not guaranteed, subject to carrier delays.

3. Shipping Cost

  • Free standard shipping for all orders over $50 within the US.
  • Flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 for orders under $50.

    Expedited shipping extra cost: $12.99 flat rate.

4. Shipping Address Rules

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot modify addresses once the package is dispatched. We are not liable for lost items caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track delivery status via the carrier’s official website.

6. Undeliverable & Returned Packages

If packages are returned to us due to invalid address, customer refusal or missed delivery, customers will be responsible for a re-shipping fee to resend the goods.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only provide shipping service to the United States mainland. We do not ship to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas territories temporarily.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Contact our support team within 7 days after the estimated delivery date if your package is missing or arrives damaged. We will assist you to file a carrier claim.
